We are thrilled to share the exciting news that our 21st Century Community Learning Centers Afterschool Program kicked off with great enthusiasm on Monday, December 11, 2023, at Glenn Elementary with our new Success Coach Breana Kea. The energy and support from our community were truly inspiring, as numerous families joined us to celebrate the first day of this enriching program.

At Glenn Elementary’s 21st Century After School Program, we are in our first week of operation and things could not be going any better! We have fully trained staff who came ready and willing to help our students reach their full potential, even after the school bell has rung! Being that the holidays are right around the corner, we decided to have the kids explore what the holidays look like in other countries around the world. Students are creating passports, that they will take with them as the journey around the world.

The sight of families turning out in large numbers to register their students was a testament to the strong commitment and support our community places on education. Whether returning participants from last year or new faces eager to embark on this journey, every student brought a smile to our faces.
